This workshop offers a clear, practical first step into artificial intelligence. We begin with the essentials: how common tools differ, what they can help with and why their answers are not always correct. No prior experience or prepared materials are required.
Using everyday work examples, participants practise communicating with AI, refining instructions and improving results step by step. Exercises cover writing, ideas and information, along with checking generated answers. Everyone leaves with simple methods they can try in their own work.
